Sort the good beans, cleaning and sterilization for the seeds ,soaking seed, put the seeds in the box(one box about 5kg seeds),start and set the reasonable parameters, aseptic process for the bud room ,one day later ,watch the growth of the bean sprout, two days later ,watch the growth of the bean sprout, three days later ,watch the growth of the bean sprout, four days later, harvest, clean and package.
Specification Of Fodder Sprouting System
1. Automatic water-spraying pipes, crossed spraying evenly, guarantees everywhere can be sprayed.
2. The water tanks are all thicken and king-size , with material of 304 stainless steel. Some small factories use plastic board to save cost.
3. Sprouting tray: the bottom is designed with raised keel, no ponding, no deformation, few rot sprouts, good bearing with 25-30kg/box.
